Women in Tech

2025-06-25 blog post

Working in the fast-paced world of tech can be both thrilling and isolating—especially for women who often face unique pressures in male-dominated environments. As a therapist who specializes in supporting women in technology, I offer a space where you can untangle the complexities of burnout, imposter syndrome, and workplace microaggressions. My practice is grounded in helping you build emotional resilience, strengthen self-worth, and navigate your career with clarity and confidence. You deserve to feel empowered—not just as a professional, but as a whole person. Let’s work together to help you thrive, not just survive.

Many of the women I work with are incredibly high-achieving, yet they carry a quiet burden of self-doubt or feel pressure to constantly prove themselves. These experiences are not signs of personal weakness—they’re often the result of systemic issues that affect how women are treated and perceived in tech spaces. In therapy, we look beyond the surface to explore how these dynamics impact your mental health, relationships, and sense of identity. Together, we’ll develop tools that allow you to respond to challenges with authenticity and strength, rather than internalizing the stress or masking your true self.

I also recognize that the intersection of gender with race, sexuality, neurodiversity, and other identities can create additional layers of complexity in your career. My approach is inclusive and trauma-informed, providing a safe environment to process your experiences without judgment. Whether you’re navigating a toxic team culture, preparing for leadership, or simply trying to maintain balance between work and life, you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy can be a powerful act of reclaiming your voice and your vision for what success truly looks like—for you.
