5. Practice the Superwoman Pose
Amy Cuddy’s research shows us that the saying “Fake It Till You Make It” may be true. And if you think about it, it makes some sense. As you’re reading this, slump your body in your chair – like you’re a teenager in a boring class. Slump your shoulders and look down. Now notice the effect that has on your mind. Do you feel powerful and confident? Probably not.
