- Do you feel bad about yourself most days of the week?

- When you look in the mirror, do you focus on the parts of yourself you hate?
- Do you compare yourself negatively to others most days of the week?
- Did you grow up with parents who were overly critical of themselves, or of you?
- When you receive a compliment, is it hard for you to accept it? Do you find yourself saying things like, “Yes, but…”
- Has someone ever told you, “I wish you could see yourself like I do”? If you’ve ever heard that, did you think that person was crazy, or just being nice?
- Were you made fun of by classmates growing up?
- Is it difficult for you to keep and maintain friendships? Intimate relationships?
- When you get sad, do you isolate yourself thinking your friends and/or partners don’t want to hear it “again” from you?
